Every patient who carries an insurance plan needs to understand how prior authorization works. Unfortunately, just because you see a doctor, and a test or procedure is ordered, doesn’t mean you will get approved for it. In this video I explain the entire process and I think its important for patients to understand what their doctors are up against.
